grunge magazine
This self-directed project is a fully realized print magazine inspired by 1990s grunge culture and fashion. I was responsible for every aspect of production—from concept development to final layout. I photographed and edited all imagery, styled the shoots, and hired models to bring an authentic, gritty feel to each spread.

The magazine features a curated selection of grunge-inspired looks, captured in raw, expressive
portraits that highlight the attitude and texture of the subculture. I incorporated real articles sourced from existing grunge publications to add editorial depth, and designed the layout to reflect a DIY,
cut-and-paste aesthetic while maintaining clarity and structure.
This project showcases my skills in photography, creative direction, type layout, and editorial design, all grounded in a cohesive visual identity rooted in alternative fashion and underground style.
